Finger-Lickin' Weird

Story Submitted by Vera:

I went out to a party with some friends and met Jake. He gave me his phone number, and I gave him a call the next day. We arranged to go out to dinner, and he offered to pick me up.

On our way to the Japanese restaurant, he called his mother and told her, over the phone, "I'm out with Vera, and we're going to get married!"  Then he turned to me and asked, "Right?"  I didn't know what to respond, so I just smiled, a little creeped out.

At dinner, he showed me several text messages from girls, all variances of, "Want to go to a motel?"  "Where can I meet you tonight?"  "Want to meet up, fool around for a bit?"

I wasn't impressed, as I assumed he wanted me to be.  I said, "You know some pretty cheap women."

He smiled, put his phone away, and asked, "Can I see your phone?"

"Absolutely not."

He looked genuinely shocked and said, "Wow.  That's bitchy."  I thought that was nervy, as it was, of course, still our first date, and I had only barely spent any time with him in person before.

After dinner we walked back to his car. He tried to kiss me, and I turned away and said, "I’m not like the girls in your phone."

He rolled his eyes and said, "You're a dork.  Let's go."  We climbed into the car and off we went.

On the way back to my house, he took my hand, then brought it up to his mouth and licked my finger.  I ripped my hand away and said, "That’s disgusting.”

Back at my house, he parked the car and tried to kiss me again, but I was out of the car in a moment.  He called me the day after but I did not pick up. My finger has never felt clean since then.

  2. Baku-chan,

He was her ride to and from the restaurant, so it's perfectly understandable. You can't assume that she simply could have called someone to bail her out.

  3. ^ Yes, but judging from the story, she didn't make any effort. It takes less than a minute to send a mass text saying, "I'm with a jerk, can any of you come get me?"

Also, how far from her house was this restaurant? Could she have walked? Taken a bus?

  4. ^I think most people believe in second chances. Though you're going to say the 'we're going to get married' was his first chance.

Anyway. Most people seek to avoid confrontation, basically.

  5. He probably wrote those texts to himself on different phones (like grabbing his brother/friends/etc phone.. writing it, then deleting it off his friends phone''..... You should of checked the time those messages were sent.. i don't believe 3 eager girls would of texted him things like that all in one recent time span, even slutty girls are less showing of there slutness in texts.
